1. Services Provided
Alade Courier provides courier and logistics services, including same-day delivery, 24–48-hour delivery, vendor logistics, COD services, and bulk or scheduled deliveries within Lagos, Nigeria.
2. User Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery information, ensure items are adequately packaged, declare the contents of the shipment honestly, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
3. Restricted & Prohibited Items
Alade Courier does not transport:
- Illegal or prohibited items
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Weapons or ammunition
- Drugs or controlled substances
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments that violate these rules.
4. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Alade Courier is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
5. Payment & Charges
- Service fees must be paid as agreed
- COD payments are handled according to the agreed vendor terms
- Prices may change without prior notice
6. Liability Limitation
Alade Courier is not responsible for:
- Improperly packaged items
- Undeclared or prohibited contents
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid for the delivery.
7. Service Refusal & Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if any of these terms are violated or if a shipment poses safety or legal risks.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
